This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript) based in the United States.

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will take ownership of high-impact product initiatives, building and evolving sophisticated web applications across the frontend and backend. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction while delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions that support advanced marketing intelligence and analytics. Working primarily with TypeScript, React, APIs, and data platforms, you will own major features from initial concept through production launch. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, customer success teams, and customers to turn complex needs into practical product improvements. In a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, you will combine strong technical judgment, independent execution, and mentorship to raise engineering standards and accelerate product innovation.

Accountabilities:

    • Identify and solve complex, high-impact technical problems, leading projects involving multiple engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.

    • Help define and influence technical direction, architecture, and engineering practices across the team.

    • Design, develop, and deliver fullstack web application features using TypeScript and modern frontend and backend technologies.

    • Own major product features end-to-end, from requirements and technical design through implementation, testing, and production deployment.

    • Build and enhance interactive analytics dashboards that help customers understand marketing performance and business data.

    • Collaborate with product managers, customer success teams, domain experts, and customers to scope initiatives and deliver effective solutions.

    • Develop robust API services and integrations using REST and GraphQL.

    • Improve frontend performance, application responsiveness, development speed, and page-rendering times.

    • Build maintainable, scalable software components while balancing rapid delivery with long-term technical quality.

    • Contribute to standardized technical documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders.

    • Promote strong developer ergonomics, code quality, and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.

    • Mentor other engineers, share technical knowledge, and support the development of engineering capabilities across the team.

    • Requirements:

      • At least 5 years of professional experience building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.

      • At least 3 years of experience with modern component-based frontend libraries, particularly React.

      • Demonstrated experience designing and building API services using REST and GraphQL.

      • Strong SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery.

      • Ability to independently deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance and a high level of ownership.

      • Proven ability to drive rapid development while maintaining code quality, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

      • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead complex technical projects involving multiple stakeholders.

      • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

      • Interest in continuous learning, professional development, and mentoring other engineers.

      • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment that values initiative, accountability, direct feedback, and customer impact.

      • Nice to have:

        • Proficiency in Python.

        • Experience building and maintaining design systems.

        • Experience optimizing frontend applications that handle large datasets or complex rendering workloads.

        • Background in data visualization and analytics interfaces.

        • Experience in marketing technology, e-commerce, or advertising technology.

        • Benefits:

          • Base salary: $190,000–$240,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location.

          • Equity package in addition to base compensation.

          • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.

          • 401(k) retirement plan.

          • Flexible paid time off policy.

          • 12 company-paid holidays.

          • 12 weeks of paid parental leave.

          • $500 work-from-home stipend to support your remote workspace.

          • Remote-friendly working environment for eligible candidates based in the United States or Canada.
