About the role

Senior Manager, Procurement & Sourcing at Forter in Israel - Tel Aviv. Hybrid. Posted November 3, 2026.

About the role:

The Senior Manager, Procurement & Sourcing owns Forter's global non-payroll spend lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation through vendor onboarding, contracting, purchase orders and renewals. Sitting within Finance and reporting to the VP Finance Operations, you will run a high-impact procurement function that protects Forter's margins, accelerates the business with a smooth intake-to-pay experience, and keeps spend, risk and contracts under control as we scale.

You will be a trusted partner to Finance, Legal, Information Security, IT and budget owners across the company, balancing speed and flexibility for the business with strong governance and audit readiness.

What you'll be doing:

Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation

  • Lead competitive sourcing for software, professional services, travel and other operating spend: requirements, scorecards, RFx, bid evaluation, negotiation and vendor selection
  • Deliver measurable savings and cost avoidance, and track them against budget
  • Own the strategic vendor portfolio, including renewal strategy, pricing, SLAs and consolidation of overlapping tools
  • Manage the renewal pipeline proactively, giving budget owners and Finance early visibility

Procure-to-Pay & Governance

  • Own the end-to-end procure-to-pay process and the Zip intake-to-pay platform: NDAs, new vendors, renewals, requisitions, POs, approvals and invoices
  • Maintain and enforce the Procurement Policy: spend approval matrix, PO exemptions, contract signatory authority and exception handling
  • Partner with Accounts Payable and Accounting on PO compliance, accruals, and invoice and close processes
  • Define KPIs (cycle time, PO compliance, savings, spend under management, renewal coverage) and report them to Finance leadership
  • Ensure all purchases are made on approved commercial and legal terms; coordinate MSA, order form and DPA workflows with Legal
  • Work with Information Security and IT on vendor due diligence and risk tiering
  • Drive standardization of contract terms, templates and playbooks

Cross-functional Partnership

  • Serve as the primary procurement point of contact for the VP Finance Operations, CFO, FP&A and department heads
  • Advise budget owners on build-vs-buy, vendor selection and negotiation strategy
  • Drive adoption, training and change management so the business uses the process by default

Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead, mentor and grow the Procurement team (procurement analyst), setting clear goals and priorities
  • Use AI and automation to streamline intake, contract review, renewal tracking and spend analytics
  • Work with Business Applications on Zip, NetSuite and related integrations

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years of procurement, sourcing or vendor management experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech or other high-growth technology companies, with strong indirect/software spend exposure
  • Proven track record leading complex negotiations and delivering measurable savings
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including setting priorities and driving accountability
  • Hands-on experience with a procure-to-pay platform (Zip or similar) and ERP (NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial contracts (MSA, order forms, DPA) and experience working with Legal and InfoSec
  • Experience applying AI-driven automation to procurement workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident engaging with executives and budget owners
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with spend data, forecasting and reporting
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or refining procurement policy and governance in a scaling company
  • CPM / CIPS / CPSM or equivalent certification
  • Familiarity with vendor risk and third-party security assessment processes
  • Experience supporting a global, multi-entity organization

About Us:

Commerce is evolving faster than the systems built to support it. Agentic AI is redrawing how people buy. Customer expectations have a new ceiling. And bad actors are evolving alongside every advancement.

Forter was built to meet this moment — and stay ahead of it.

We are a human-first, AI-built company. Our technology analyzes patterns across a network of over 2 billion shoppers, delivering identity intelligence across the entire commerce journey — from sign-up to checkout to returns — that protects revenue and unlocks great customer experiences simultaneously. With Forter, businesses know who to trust, whether it’s humans or the agents shopping for them. The result: zero friction for the customers who matter. No revenue left behind.

The world's most trusted brands — Nordstrom, Instacart, Priceline, Adobe, ASOS, and eBay among them — rely on Forter to get this right. Since 2013, we've raised $525M from investors including Tiger Global, Bessemer, Sequoia Capital, and Salesforce Ventures, and today we power commerce decisions for nearly 1 million businesses globally. We're more than fraud, payments and orchestration – we make trust a competitive advantage.

Trust is backed by data –  Forter is a recipient of over 10 workplace and innovation awards, including:

  • Great Place to Work Certification (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025)
  • Fortune’s Best Workplaces in NYC (2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025)
  • Forbes Cloud 100 (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025)

Life as a Forterian:

Forterians are, genuinely, some of the best people you'll work with. Smart, curious, and deeply good humans who care about the work and each other. That's not an accident — it's something we've been intentional about since day one, and it's the thing people mention most when they talk about why they stay. When you're surrounded by people like this, doing work that actually matters, it changes what a job can feel like.

Forter was built on a simple but powerful conviction: when AI does its job, humans can do theirs better. That philosophy shapes our products and shapes how we work. AI is core to our workflows — not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier that gives Forterians the space to focus their energy where human judgment is irreplaceable.

We're a global team of 500+ people, with regional headquarters in New York, Tel Aviv, London, and Singapore, and employee presence across the US, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, China, and Australia. Our teams are cross-functional by design, and the work you do here is visible, consequential, and connected to the outcomes that matter.

You'll have real ownership here and proximity to decisions. And we back that with investment in your growth — RSU offerings, L&D programs built around AI tools, and a culture of recognition rooted in our 4.5 day weeks (aka Forter’s Appreciation Fridays and Sundays). From team outings to local cultural celebrations, we mark the moments that matter — wherever you are in the world. We don't want Forter to be just another job. We want it to be the place you build.

If you're ready to work on a problem that sits at the intersection of AI, commerce, and human trust, this is it.
