As a Senior Full-stack Developer, you will design, build, and evolve end-to-end web applications, combining intuitive frontend experiences with secure and scalable backend services.
You will work primarily with React and TypeScript on the frontend and C# and .NET on the backend.
Your responsibilities will span application architecture, API development, business logic, data persistence, and system integrations.
You will also contribute to asynchronous processing, application security, automated testing, and performance optimization.
Working closely with architecture, data engineering, quality assurance, and business teams, you will help deliver reliable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain modern web interfaces using React and TypeScript, applying reusable component patterns and best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and performance.
• Build intuitive user experiences involving forms, tables, filters, and pagination, ensuring clear handling of loading states, errors, and conflicts.
• Design, implement, and evolve REST APIs using .NET, including documented contracts, input validation, standardized error responses, and strongly typed frontend integrations.
• Implement business rules, application state management, and permission controls while ensuring data consistency, security, and traceability.
• Develop background processing services and messaging-based integrations, applying idempotency, concurrency management, and failure recovery strategies.
• Implement and maintain relational database persistence and queries, including schema evolution, transactions, indexing, and query optimization.
• Integrate multiple systems and process structured files, ensuring data validation, compatibility, and appropriate error handling.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms based on user roles and context, protecting sensitive data, files, credentials, and operations.
• Develop and maintain automated tests covering components, APIs, contracts, integrations, and end-to-end user journeys.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate critical workflows and ensure software quality.
• Implement observability practices through logs, metrics, and distributed tracing to monitor application performance and investigate issues across frontend and backend services.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and automated software delivery processes, contributing to continuous improvement and engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field; all academic backgrounds are welcome.
• Strong professional experience in full-stack development, with hands-on expertise in both web frontend applications and backend services.
• Advanced knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, including component-based architecture, state management, and API consumption.
• Solid experience with C# and .NET for developing APIs, backend services, and business applications.
• Strong understanding of REST API design, contract documentation, data validation, and standardized error handling.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, including object-relational mapping (ORM) and controlled database schema evolution.
• Practical experience with asynchronous processing and messaging systems, including idempotency, retries, concurrency management, and transactional consistency.
• Experience integrating applications with cloud services, file storage solutions, and message queues.
• Knowledge of authentication, server-side authorization, access control, and data protection in web applications.
• Experience with automated testing, Git, code reviews, and continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to independently manage end-to-end deliveries and investigate technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions, limitations, and solutions to different stakeholders.
• Autonomy, accountability, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Experience developing applications that require auditability, traceability, and complex business rules.
• Background in system integrations and processing large volumes of data or structured files.
• Knowledge of federated authentication standards and advanced access control mechanisms.
• Experience with contract testing and recovery strategies for asynchronous integrations.
