As a Klaviyo Specialist, you will take ownership of email marketing campaigns and customer retention strategies, creating experiences that engage audiences and drive sales.
You will manage the full campaign process, from planning and copywriting to implementation and performance optimization.
Working closely with designers and marketing specialists, you will transform creative ideas into compelling campaigns across multiple channels.
You will also leverage modern AI tools to streamline workflows and focus on high-impact marketing activities.

Accountabilities

As a Klaviyo Specialist, you will oversee email marketing execution across multiple e-commerce accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and contribute to measurable business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple client projects and keeping campaign timelines, priorities, and deliverables organized.

• Briefing the design team and coordinating the production of email marketing assets.

• Writing persuasive, conversion-focused copy that engages audiences and supports sales objectives.

• Building, configuring, and managing email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups within Klaviyo.

• Supporting customer communication across additional channels, including WhatsApp and print mailings.

• Using modern AI tools and systems to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.

• Monitoring campaign execution and ensuring that emails are delivered on schedule and meet quality expectations.

• Taking ownership of campaign outcomes and continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines hands-on Klaviyo expertise with strong copywriting skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects. The following qualifications and attributes are expected:

• At least 1 year of intensive, hands-on experience working with Klaviyo.

• Proven experience independently building and managing campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo.

• Previous copywriting experience, with the ability to write persuasive content that drives engagement and conversions.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to planning, execution, and problem-solving.

• Fluent German, both written and spoken, is essential.

• Previous experience in e-commerce or a marketing agency is an advantage.

• A strong sense of ownership and accountability for individual results.

• A solution-oriented mindset, high standards of work, and a willingness to go beyond basic expectations.
