Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role

Join a small team building AI-powered workflows for private-market operations. You will own technical delivery from customer discovery through production launch, and help shape the product with insights from real-world deployments.

What You'll Do

• Manage technical delivery across the project lifecycle, from discovery through production.

• Work directly with customer teams to understand their workflows and identify adoption barriers.

• Translate customer processes into AI-driven workflows using the platform.

• Build tailored prototypes, iterate quickly, and adjust scope based on customer feedback.

• Bring deployment insights into product planning and develop reusable approaches for recurring needs.

What We're Looking For

• One to six years of experience shipping production software.

• Proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js, including NestJS, Postgres, Prisma, and React.

• Experience working directly with customers to scope, prototype, and iterate on technical solutions, such as in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.

• Ability to own technical delivery end to end and work closely with a founding team in person.

• Empathy for private-market operations workflows; experience in private markets or financial operations is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
