About the role
Enterprise Account Executive, New Business at Jobgether in US. Remote, full-time, paying $130k–$150k. Posted November 5, 2026.
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive, New Business based in the United States.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value B2B opportunities across a range of enterprise markets. This is a fully remote, full-cycle sales role for a proactive hunter who can build a strong pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and convert complex opportunities into long-term customer relationships. You will own the sales process from account research and prospecting through discovery, negotiation, closing, and launch coordination. Using Salesforce, AI-powered workflows, and modern sales tools, you will improve prospecting efficiency while maintaining disciplined pipeline management. Working closely with commercial, technology, production, and operational teams, you will ensure that customer solutions are both commercially valuable and operationally achievable. Your success will be measured by qualified pipeline creation, reliable forecasting, successful customer launches, and the revenue generated.
Accountabilities
-
Build and manage a qualified enterprise pipeline through targeted account research, outbound prospecting, referrals, buying signals, executive engagement, and consistent follow-up.
-
Prioritize target accounts according to customer needs, commercial potential, buying readiness, and the ability to deliver an effective solution.
-
Develop repeatable sales strategies based on customer challenges and relevant use cases rather than pursuing opportunities solely based on brand recognition.
-
Manage the full sales cycle, including research, discovery, value proposition development, qualification, stakeholder mapping, solution design, negotiation, closing, and launch coordination.
-
Engage multiple stakeholders across commercial, marketing, sourcing, eCommerce, procurement, and operations teams.
-
Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers by connecting customer requirements to clear business cases and measurable value.
-
Maintain Salesforce as an accurate system of record, documenting opportunity stages, next steps, meetings, decision-makers, deal values, close dates, risks, forecasts, and expected launch milestones.
-
Apply AI and sales technology to accelerate account research, enrich contact data, identify buying signals, personalize outreach, and manage follow-up activities.
-
Ensure AI-supported workflows are used responsibly, with appropriate human review and approved-data safeguards.
-
Collaborate with Account Management, Technology, Merchandising, Production, Legal, and Finance teams to assess feasibility and develop suitable customer solutions.
-
Coordinate the transition from signed contracts to implementation and first live orders, ensuring customers can successfully launch their programs.
-
Monitor conversion rates and pipeline performance, conduct targeted outbound experiments, and share insights on effective sales approaches.
-
Provide customer and market feedback to inform ideal customer profiles, product-market fit, and go-to-market strategies.
-
Represent the enterprise business in customer meetings and selected industry conferences.
-
Contribute to a structured onboarding and performance ramp, establishing a focused account list within the first 30 days, generating qualified conversations by 60 days, and demonstrating consistent pipeline development and deal progression by 90 days.
-
Demonstrated success generating new B2B revenue, ideally through mid-market or enterprise sales, with clear examples of personally sourced, developed, and closed opportunities.
-
Typically 5+ years of B2B closing experience, although exceptional commercial performance and relevant achievements are valued more than a strict tenure requirement.
-
Experience owning meaningful enterprise or mid-market opportunities and demonstrating strong quota attainment, conversion rates, and commercial results.
-
Proven ability to prospect consistently, develop target-account strategies, and take ownership of pipeline creation and next steps.
-
Strong discovery, consultative and value-based selling, qualification, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
-
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes and building relationships across different business functions.
-
Excellent CRM management and forecasting capabilities, with the ability to distinguish qualified opportunities from general sales activity.
-
Practical experience using AI in a sales workflow that you have personally built, configured, or meaningfully adopted.
-
Ability to explain the AI tools and processes used, the quality controls applied, and their measurable impact on productivity or conversion rates.
-
Familiarity with Salesforce and modern data enrichment, sales engagement, prospecting, and AI tools.
-
Commercial curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new products, identify relevant customer use cases, and assess where market demand aligns with available capabilities.
-
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to navigate implementation challenges.
-
A customer-outcome mindset, measuring success through successful launches and revenue generation rather than signed contracts alone.
-
Clear communication, analytical thinking, resilience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
-
Experience selling enterprise SaaS products or services to organizations in commerce, retail, marketing, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
-
Familiarity with advanced AI-powered or agentic prospecting workflows.
-
Exposure to print-on-demand, branded merchandise, licensing, fulfillment, or eCommerce integrations, although this is not required.
-
Annual base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, education, and skills.
-
Target on-track earnings (OTE) of approximately $250,000.
-
Fully remote position within the United States.
-
East Coast location strongly preferred, with Charlotte, North Carolina considered an advantage.
-
Approximately 2–3 business trips per quarter for customer meetings, team collaboration, and industry events.
-
Opportunity to work within a fast-growing global organization operating at the intersection of eCommerce, technology, production, and fulfillment.
-
Exposure to enterprise customers and diverse commercial opportunities across multiple industries.
