About the role

Director of Growth at Jobgether in US. Remote, full-time. Posted November 5, 2026.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Growth based in the United States.

The Director of Growth will take full ownership of building and scaling the acquisition engine for a fast-growing private investment and co-investment community. This is a hands-on, revenue-focused leadership role centered on turning brand visibility and audience engagement into qualified applications and new members. You will develop strategic distribution partnerships, activate founder-led audiences, and build scalable acquisition systems from the ground up. Overseeing the entire marketing infrastructure, you will optimize newsletters, websites, conversion funnels, and application journeys to maximize performance. You will also establish measurable growth strategies, track acquisition economics, and identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue generation. Working closely with founders, operators, and external partners, you will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the company's long-term growth trajectory.

Accountabilities

As Director of Growth, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy, taking direct responsibility for acquisition channels, marketing infrastructure, partnerships, and conversion performance. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to expand market reach, increase qualified applications, and drive membership growth.

    • Identify, approach, negotiate, and activate strategic distribution partnerships, including affiliates, event organizers, referral channels, and other relevant partners.

    • Independently manage partner outreach, relationship development, commercial negotiations, and ongoing performance.

    • Build and optimize founder-led and personal-brand distribution strategies, particularly through LinkedIn, to convert audience engagement into qualified applications.

    • Develop repeatable and measurable customer acquisition channels capable of generating a consistent pipeline of qualified applicants.

    • Monitor acquisition performance, including customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, channel efficiency, and overall return on investment.

    • Plan, launch, and optimize paid performance marketing campaigns when appropriate, focusing on cost per qualified application.

    • Own the marketing infrastructure end to end, including newsletter strategy, email campaigns, website performance, sales funnels, video sales letters (VSLs), and application processes.

    • Build effective conversion journeys connecting LinkedIn activity, content distribution, and other acquisition channels to applications and sales.

    • Analyze the entire conversion funnel, identify performance gaps, implement improvements, and maximize conversion rates.

    • Establish weekly growth reviews covering acquisition pipelines, partner performance, cost per qualified application, and strategic priorities.

    • Prepare clear performance reports and use data-driven insights to guide growth decisions.

    • Coordinate contractors, agencies, and cross-functional collaborators to execute growth initiatives effectively.

    • Develop and expand the growth function into a dedicated team as business performance and operational needs justify it.

    • Requirements

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial growth leader with a proven ability to build acquisition systems, generate measurable revenue, and scale premium membership or education-based businesses. You should bring:

      • Demonstrated success growing high-ticket membership programs, private communities, or education-based businesses, supported by measurable performance results.

      • Strong hands-on experience developing partner-led acquisition strategies, including affiliate programs, event partnerships, referral channels, and strategic distribution relationships.

      • A proven track record of establishing and activating partnerships, with concrete examples of partners engaged and results delivered.

      • Experience driving acquisition through founder-led marketing and personal-brand distribution, particularly on LinkedIn.

      • Expertise in managing marketing infrastructure, including newsletters, email campaigns, websites, conversion funnels, VSLs, and application processes.

      • A hands-on approach to business development, with the willingness to independently conduct outreach, negotiate partnerships, and close commercial agreements.

      • Strong entrepreneurial instincts, self-direction, and the ability to build growth functions from the ground up without requiring constant supervision.

      • Excellent analytical capabilities and familiarity with key growth metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and customer payback.

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent a premium, compliance-conscious brand professionally.

      • Proven ability to manage external agencies, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

      • Preferred qualifications:

        • Experience in private markets, venture capital, financial technology, wealth management, or investor-focused communities.

        • An established network of relevant affiliates, event organizers, referral partners, and personal brands serving accredited investors.

        • Experience planning and managing performance marketing campaigns across paid acquisition channels.

        • Previous experience as a Head of Growth or Director of Growth within an early-stage or rapidly scaling business.

        • Familiarity with HubSpot, ClickUp, and AI-assisted workflows.

        • Benefits

          • Competitive independent contractor compensation package with a performance-based component.

          • Fully remote working arrangement within a globally distributed team.

          • Opportunity to take ownership of the growth function from the ground up.

          • Direct exposure to institutional-grade private-market investment opportunities and a high-caliber investor community.

          • Opportunities to participate in international team offsites, including destinations such as Dubai and Costa Rica.

          • Potential for career advancement and increased responsibilities based on individual performance and available opportunities.

          • Significant autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence business growth and revenue generation.
