This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Level Software Developer (Desenvolvedor Pleno) based in Brazil.

As a Mid-Level Software Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable applications supporting large-scale digital infrastructure and telecommunications services. You will work across backend and frontend technologies, building efficient solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks. Your responsibilities will include developing APIs, integrating enterprise systems, and ensuring reliable communication between applications. You will also contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines while supporting applications deployed in containerized environments. Working with cloud-native technologies and modern database platforms, you will help ensure high availability, performance, and operational efficiency. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and services using Node.js, TypeScript, Java, and/or .NET.
• Build, enhance, and maintain frontend interfaces using modern frameworks such as ReactJS and VueJS.
• Develop and integrate APIs through Apigee Gateway, ensuring efficient, secure, and reliable communication between systems.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, supporting automated development and deployment workflows using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and related tools.
• Deploy, maintain, and support applications running in Kubernetes and OpenShift environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Manage, maintain, and optimize database solutions using Oracle and MongoDB.
• Monitor application performance, identify technical issues, and implement improvements to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to design and deliver scalable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in development lifecycle activities, including code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by adopting modern engineering practices, tools, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience in backend software development using Node.js/TypeScript, Java, or .NET.
• Solid knowledge of frontend development using ReactJS or VueJS.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs through Apigee Gateway.
• Familiarity with API management and integration in high-availability environments.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitLab CI/CD.
• Knowledge of containerized application environments, especially Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, particularly Oracle and MongoDB.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies, engineering best practices, and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze complex problems, and deliver reliable solutions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams.
• Proactive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to support software development, such as GitHub Copilot or AI-powered APIs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding and development productivity tools.
• Professional certifications in software development or related technologies.
• Experience working with modern cloud-native architectures and large-scale distributed systems.
