About the role

Demand Generation Manager, NOAM at Jobgether in US. Remote, full-time. Posted November 3, 2026.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Demand Generation Manager, NOAM based in the United States.

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to lead regional marketing initiatives across North America, driving customer acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue performance. In this role, you will own the demand generation strategy, develop integrated multi-channel campaigns, and engage key decision-makers across the finance and accounting ecosystem. Working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, and strategic partners, you will transform business priorities into impactful marketing programs. You will leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to optimize targeting, personalization, and campaign performance. This position offers significant ownership over regional strategy, budgets, channel selection, and performance measurement. You will also collaborate with international teams to share best practices and contribute to the growth of a global SaaS marketing organization.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the North American demand generation strategy and quarterly marketing plans, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives, business priorities, and revenue objectives.
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline performance, driving measurable results across lead generation, sales opportunities, customer acquisition, and revenue contribution.
  • Optimize channel strategies, campaign investments, and marketing activities to maximize conversion rates, pipeline generation, and overall return on investment (ROI).
  • Design, plan, and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, email marketing, webinars, content syndication, and industry events.
  • Develop targeted marketing programs that engage CFOs, Controllers, Vice Presidents of Finance, and finance operations leaders within the Oracle NetSuite ecosystem.
  • Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in collaboration with Sales, focusing on priority accounts, high-value prospects, and strategic market segments.
  • Build personalized lead nurturing and cross-selling campaigns that engage prospects and existing customers throughout the entire buyer journey.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless marketing-to-sales experience.
  • Develop joint marketing initiatives with Oracle NetSuite account teams, solution providers, technology partners, and implementation partners to expand market reach and generate new opportunities.
  • Partner with global marketing teams across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM to share successful campaigns, align strategies, and scale effective demand generation practices.
  • Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop compelling messaging, customer success stories, thought leadership initiatives, and product launch campaigns.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools, marketing automation, and emerging technologies to improve audience segmentation, targeting, personalization, lead scoring, and campaign efficiency.
  • Establish and optimize campaign measurement, attribution models, and reporting processes to connect marketing investments with pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization across digital campaigns, landing pages, email communications, and creative assets.
  • Manage the North American demand generation budget, agency relationships, and external marketing vendors, ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable returns.
  • Organize and execute regional field and virtual marketing events, including trade shows, executive dinners, roadshows, and webinars.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior to identify new opportunities, refine campaign strategies, and strengthen market positioning.
  • Establish clear performance targets, manage priorities, and consistently deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns comply with applicable privacy, data protection, consent, and communication regulations across the United States and Canada.
  • Bring innovative ideas, challenge existing approaches, and continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and scalability.
  • Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth in the United States and/or Canada.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or relevant professional certifications and equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting senior business and finance decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to own demand generation targets, manage marketing budgets, and demonstrate campaign ROI through measurable metrics such as pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo and CRM systems such as Salesforce, including campaign management, lead scoring, and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing, automation technologies, data-driven audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with North American marketing and data privacy regulations, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, CCPA/CPRA, and GDPR.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, communicate insights, influence stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, globally distributed environment while collaborating effectively across different cultures, functions, and time zones.
  • Business-level fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency with remote collaboration and communication tools, including Slack and Zoom.
  • Additional qualifications that would be an advantage:

  • Experience marketing to finance and accounting professionals or working within the Oracle NetSuite, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or financial technology ecosystem.
  • Previous experience developing co-marketing initiatives with technology partners, solution providers, and implementation partners.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing technologies and intent data platforms such as 6sense or Bombora.
  • Experience supporting Canadian markets, including awareness of French-language marketing requirements and localization considerations for Quebec.
  • Previous collaboration with international marketing teams across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.
  • Benefits:

  • Career development: Opportunities to take ownership of professional growth, develop new capabilities, and expand strategic marketing expertise.
  • Global collaboration: Work alongside international teams and contribute to marketing initiatives across multiple geographical markets.
  • Innovative environment: Opportunity to leverage AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies to transform demand generation practices.
  • Meaningful business impact: Directly influence customer acquisition, qualified pipeline generation, and revenue growth within a growing SaaS environment.
  • Collaborative culture: Join a diverse, high-performance team that values innovation, accountability, teamwork, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
  • Inclusive workplace: Equal employment opportunities and a commitment to building a diverse, equitable, and supportive working environment.
