    • Top up automated flow wallets in accordance with documented policies.

    • Coordinate settlements with foreign exchange providers when needed.

    • Hedge stablecoin positions, including USDT, USDC, USDG, and EURC, and close out positions at the end of each shift.

    • Investigate and resolve operational alerts as they arise.

    • Prepare end-of-shift handover summaries covering open positions, pending transfers, and outstanding client requests to ensure continuity for the next team.

    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

      • Practical experience working with Fireblocks.

      • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage transactions and operational processes accurately.

      • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.

      • Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with clients, liquidity providers, and internal teams.

      • Highly preferred: Experience at a cryptocurrency exchange, OTC trading desk, market maker, or digital asset payments company.

      • Nice to have: Background in data science or statistics, including machine learning, deep learning, time-series analysis, pattern recognition, or natural language processing.

      • Advanced English proficiency and the ability to submit a CV in English.
