-
Analyze governance documentation, business requirements, and technical specifications to create accurate, clearly structured, and well-cited agent configurations.
-

-
Develop and refine agent instructions, topics, actions, and knowledge sources to ensure accurate, properly cited, and consistent responses across different audiences.
-
Configure persona-specific agents and behaviors for commercial, functional, engineering, customer, and auditor audiences.

-
Identify, document, and report agent quality issues, providing supporting evidence, logs, and actionable remediation recommendations.
-
Enable on-demand generation of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PDF documents using platform content and approved brand templates.
-
Apply Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels, permissions, and data loss prevention controls to ensure agents only surface information users are authorized to access.
-
Build and maintain reusable agent configurations, prompts, runbooks, and documentation, prioritizing efficiency, portability, traceability, and quality controls.
-
Keep configuration artifacts organized and aligned with governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
-
Work closely with product, engineering, and governance stakeholders to anticipate platform changes, review designs, and validate implementations.
-
Proactively identify risks, escalate critical issues, and recommend mitigation strategies to support reliable and compliant deployments.
