As an Agent Trainee, you’ll be an important part of our agency’s growth, helping people find the right insurance solutions, and building real relationships within a supportive team. What You’ll Do

• Reach out to potential clients and help us grow our agency

• Advise customers on insurance products that fit their needs

• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Build lasting client relationships with great service

• Set and achieve your own sales goals, contributing to the agency’s success

• Use our CRM tools to keep track of leads and opportunities

 

What Helps You Succeed

• One year or more of experience in sales, insurance, or other customer-focused work is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willing to make outbound calls, follow up with new leads, and keep growing your business

• Self-motivated and eager to learn with solid organizational skills

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license is helpful (or be willing to get licensed)
