You will also provide advanced strategic guidance, mentor team members, and ensure successful practices are consistently adopted across the organization. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact function within a flexible, international, and results-driven remote environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Department Leadership: Lead the overall effectiveness and evolution of the Paid Advertising department by establishing quality standards, defining performance expectations, and ensuring consistent delivery across teams.
  • Team Development and Coaching: Mentor and support Ads Strategists and Ads Specialists, identify skill gaps, provide constructive feedback, and create development opportunities that encourage professional growth and career progression.
  • Capacity and Operational Management: Support workforce planning, workload distribution, and resource allocation while identifying and removing operational obstacles that affect team performance.
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Identify and test new advertising opportunities, evaluate emerging platform features, lead controlled experiments, and measure their impact on campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Advertising Optimization: Provide advanced platform expertise and strategic guidance to help teams resolve complex advertising challenges and improve performance across multiple client accounts.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement scalable frameworks, workflows, and operating models that improve departmental productivity, consistency, and advertising outcomes.
  • Department Evolution: Drive the long-term development of the advertising function by identifying strategic opportunities, implementing successful improvements, and ensuring the department continuously adapts to industry developments.
  • Knowledge Management and Enablement: Ensure successful strategies and experiments are documented, standardized, and shared across the team. Review existing documentation and support the creation of training materials and internal development programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Analytics, Client Success, Product, and Operations teams to align advertising initiatives with broader business objectives and client needs.
  • Performance and Quality Accountability: Take ownership of advertising standards, innovation direction, team capabilities, operational effectiveness, and the long-term improvement of client and dealership outcomes.
  • Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing, preferably with experience leading advertising or digital marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant automotive advertising technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing teams, with the ability to support professionals at different experience and skill levels.
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing principles, campaign optimization, advertising analytics, and dealership business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategic decisions.
  • Experience managing competing priorities, team capacity, resource allocation, and department-level initiatives.
  • Proven ability to design scalable processes, operational frameworks, quality standards, and training programs that improve team performance.
  • Strong experience leading experimentation, evaluating new advertising capabilities, and implementing innovative strategies across multiple accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic and accountable leadership mindset, combining long-term planning with hands-on problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • Benefits:

  • Competitive Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from $3,000 to $6,000 USD.
  • Remote-First Culture: Work remotely from anywhere in the world, with location flexibility for eligible candidates based in Latin America or Asia.
  • Flexible Schedule: Enjoy flexibility in organizing your working hours while meeting team commitments and performance expectations.
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off: Access to an unlimited vacation policy, subject to two weeks' notice and manager approval.
