**This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UKG Senior TeleStaff Solution Consultant based in the United States.**

We are seeking an experienced UKG Senior TeleStaff Solution Consultant to lead the design and delivery of tailored workforce management solutions for public sector organizations. In this remote contract role, you will leverage your expertise in UKG TeleStaff Cloud to support complex implementations and help customers optimize their scheduling and workforce management processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, advise clients on system configurations and industry best practices, and ensure high-quality project delivery. The role also offers opportunities to mentor colleagues, contribute to technical knowledge-sharing initiatives, and stay up to date with evolving UKG technologies. This position is ideal for a customer-focused professional who combines strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and independent working skills.

### Accountabilities

As a UKG Senior TeleStaff Solution Consultant, you will oversee solution design, implementation, and customer engagement while ensuring projects meet established quality standards and delivery milestones.

- Architect and design UKG TeleStaff solutions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.

- Execute implementation activities according to established methodologies, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.

- Lead the quality delivery of TeleStaff solutions across the practice.

- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and operational rules to identify improvement opportunities.

- Advise customers on system configuration, industry-specific functionalities, best practices, and operational procedures.

- Collaborate with colleagues across different areas of expertise to develop and deliver integrated UKG solutions.

- Research application capabilities, develop testing scenarios, and provide support throughout testing activities.

- Monitor and prioritize issues, responding effectively to multiple critical situations.

- Mentor colleagues, share technical knowledge, and support the development of team capabilities.

- Work closely with leadership and UKG representatives to identify and leverage new product enhancements, technologies, and tools.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and responsive support.

- Contribute to technical knowledge-sharing initiatives, including industry and technology-focused blog content.

- Maintain accurate documentation, consistent work quality, and timely communication with customers and teammates.

- Identify opportunities to expand technical expertise and contribute to broader team initiatives.

### Requirements

The ideal candidate combines hands-on UKG TeleStaff implementation experience with strong customer-facing skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.

- Previous UKG TeleStaff experience is required.

- 3–10 years of experience implementing UKG TeleStaff Cloud or previous versions.

- At least 5 years of related professional experience, preferably delivering unified Workforce Management (WFM) and TeleStaff solutions to customers, particularly in SMB environments.

- Strong understanding of UKG modules and workforce management solutions.

- Broad knowledge of scheduling, workforce management, HR and payroll, ERP, or comparable enterprise systems is preferred.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build effective client relationships.

- Comfortable presenting and communicating professionally through video calls.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.

- High attention to detail and a proven record of accuracy in delivering work.

- Ability to work remotely from a home office in North America.

- Availability for client-facing meetings during standard North American business hours, depending on project requirements.

- Ability to adapt working hours based on project assignments and client demand.

- Commitment to meeting project deadlines and following established delivery standards, documentation requirements, security practices, and client communication protocols.
