## Description

💙🌟 **STAMFORD, CT… YOU COULD BE THE REASON A CHILD BELIEVES IN THEMSELVES!** 🌟💙

🚨 **NOW HIRING: ABA PARA / BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN** 🚨

💰 **Earn $22–$30 per hour!**

What if your job was about more than a paycheck?

What if you could help a child find their voice, learn a new skill, become more independent, and celebrate milestones that once felt impossible? 🥹💙

**THAT’S WHAT ABA IS ALL ABOUT.** 🧩✨

💡 **So, what exactly would you do?**

As an ABA Para, you’ll work one-on-one with a child on skills that can make a real difference in everyday life.

🎯 **Help build important life skills** — from communication and following directions to social interaction and independence.

🎲 **Make learning FUN!** — use play, games, activities, and positive reinforcement to help a child practice new skills.

🌱 **Celebrate progress, big and small!** — every new attempt, every breakthrough, and every step forward matters.

🤝 **Be part of a team** — work with guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and follow an individualized treatment plan designed around the child’s needs.

💜 **No two sessions are exactly alike.** You’ll have opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact while helping a child reach their goals.
