### Technical Program Manager (AI, Cloud & Portfolio Delivery)

### Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced **Technical Program Manager** with a strong engineering background who has progressed from Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect into Program Management. The role will lead enterprise transformation, AI/GenAI, cloud modernization, strategic pre-sales initiatives, and portfolio delivery across multiple programs.

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology and transformation programs.

- Drive AI/GenAI, cloud migration, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Own program governance, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and executive reporting.

- Manage a portfolio of programs, ensuring alignment to business objectives and strategic priorities.

- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Business leaders to define technology roadmaps.

- Support **pre-sales, solutioning, estimation, RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, and proposal development**.

- Engage with senior stakeholders and clients as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into technology solutions.

- Ensure delivery excellence through Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.

### Required Skills

- Prior hands-on experience in **Java, Python, .NET, or other enterprise technologies**.

- Strong experience with **AWS, Azure, or GCP**.

- Knowledge of **AI/GenAI, LLMs, Machine Learning concepts**, and modern data platforms.

- Microservices, APIs, Kafka, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems.

- Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, and Program Governance.

- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

### Preferred

- Experience managing **technology portfolios worth multi-million-dollar budgets**.

- Strong background in **pre-sales, solution consulting, and strategic account management**.

- Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, AWS, Azure, or Cloud certifications.
