We are looking for an experienced **Tech lead Python** to design, develop, support scalable backend systems and lead a team of other Python Developers.

 

**Key Responsibilities**

- Technical Leadership of other team members globally distributed, ensuring quality standards and best practices.

- Coordinate team activities and report progress to client’s stakeholders.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend services.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.

- Implement microservices-based architectures.

- Integrate systems using event-driven frameworks (Kafka / RabbitMQ).

- Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA teams.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
