## Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented **Talent Acquisition Lead** to head our recruiting unit. If you are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn recruitment metrics into a competitive advantage, we want to meet you!

**Responsibilities**

- Lead the recruitment unit, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure high-quality hires and professional growth within the team.

- Effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on pipeline health and recruitment flow effectiveness.

- Track recruitment metrics and analytics to ensure all activities and deliverables align with established KPIs.

- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize Talent Acquisition processes and candidate experience.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry.
