### What You'll Do

- Lead cross-functional projects spanning engineering, operations, and go-to-market.

- Own end-to-end execution of RL Environments delivery for strategic customers and projects.

- Report progress directly to the founders and work on some of the most impactful problems at the company.

### Required Qualifications

- Strong technical background — a CS degree is ideal; at minimum, the ability to do data analytics using SQL or Python.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional projects end-to-end, balancing speed vs quality.

### Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years leading a team, developing product or operational processes, or as a SWE
