## Requirements

## Description

### Duties and Responsibilities

- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, sourcing platforms, and social media.

- Conduct interviews, screenings, and onboarding for candidates across different functions, ensuring a perfect match with job descriptions.

- Manage initial candidate processing by verifying references, experiences, and sending offer letters to ensure the hiring of top-quality applicants.

- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate information regarding candidates, their stages, onboarding statuses, and talent pipelines.

- Collaborate with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates.

- Debrief candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, workflows, and routines.

- Identify opportunities to improve staffing processes, talent pipeline management, sourcing methods, and onboarding practices.

- Regularly communicate with stakeholders about the progress of recruiting efforts for assigned accounts.
