### The Role

We’re looking for a **Solutions Engineering Developer** to join our Solutions Architecture organization and build the internal tools, applications, and automations that help our Solutions team move faster and operate at scale.

This is a highly hands-on engineering role at the intersection of **software development and Solutions Architecture**. You’ll work closely with Solutions Architects to understand their workflows and challenges, and turn those needs into practical, scalable tools.

You’ll have significant ownership and the opportunity to take projects from **problem → prototype → production**.

This is not a traditional internal IT or support role. We’re looking for a strong developer who enjoys solving real-world technical problems, working closely with technical users, and building tools that have an immediate impact.

### What You’ll Do

- Build internal tools and applications for the Solutions Architecture organization.

- Automate repetitive technical and operational workflows.

- Develop tools that improve solution design, customer preparation, demos, technical discovery, and documentation.

- Work directly with Solutions Architects to understand their needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Prototype quickly, validate with users, and turn successful prototypes into production-quality tools.

- Integrate internal systems, APIs, data sources, and third-party platforms.

- Partner with Engineering and Product teams when tools need to integrate with Eon’s core platform.

- Own projects end-to-end, from defining the problem through development, deployment, and iteration.

- Identify opportunities to improve the productivity and effectiveness of the Solutions organization through software and automation.

- Experience with enterprise software or complex technical environments.
