We are seeking an experienced Services Advisor to help insurance organizations translate complex business needs into well-defined professional services engagements. In this role, you will partner with Sales and Services Delivery teams to identify opportunities, lead in-depth customer discovery, and design comprehensive implementation scopes. You will develop Statements of Work that clearly outline project deliverables, timelines, costs, and resource requirements. By combining insurance industry expertise with technical and consulting knowledge, you will help customers make informed decisions and ensure projects are set up for successful delivery. You will work across multiple teams, engage directly with executive stakeholders, and contribute to strategic initiatives, including data migration programs related to mergers and acquisitions. This remote opportunity offers meaningful ownership and the chance to help shape how technology and services support the insurance industry.

### Accountabilities

You will act as a key link between customer needs, commercial opportunities, and successful service delivery, ensuring that every engagement is accurately scoped and aligned with the expected outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Partner with Sales and Services Delivery teams to identify client-specific service opportunities and expand the adoption of professional services across the customer base.

- Lead detailed discovery sessions with insurance agency stakeholders to understand business requirements and determine the most appropriate consulting or services engagement.

- Design end-to-end professional services project scopes and develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs), defining project boundaries, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.

- Assess project complexity and identify potential gaps during pre-sales to improve resource allocation, establish realistic expectations, and minimize scope creep.

- Present project methodologies, scope, phases, timelines, and costs clearly and confidently to executive-level stakeholders to secure alignment and organizational readiness.

- Coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Data, and Solution Services teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and alignment between the proposed solution and delivery expectations.

- Engage Services teams early when customer requirements call for customized or creative solutions, validating feasibility and appropriate delivery approaches.

- Work closely with Sales to identify additional services opportunities for both prospective and existing customers.

- Participate in assigned mergers and acquisitions programs, assessing the services required to support successful customer data migrations.

- Use customer feedback and project insights to improve scoping practices, engagement planning, and service delivery readiness.
