**Acura Service Advisor**

Acura of Highland Park, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is hiring an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy service department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating vehicle repairs, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

**What You’ll Do**

- Greet service customers promptly and professionally.

- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.

- Schedule service appointments and explain recommended maintenance or repairs.

- Provide clear estimates and communicate pricing with transparency.

- Coordinate with technicians to help ensure timely, quality service completion.

- Keep customers updated on repair status, timelines, and any additional service needs.

- Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency.

- Follow up after service visits to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Maintain accurate service records and customer notes in dealership systems.
