## Description

### Senior Social Strategists own day-to-day social strategy development for assigned clients. They transform audience insights, cultural intelligence, social listening findings, platform expertise, and performance data into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes. 

### They are responsible for shaping content ecosystems, creator strategies, channel approaches, community building efforts, and social-first campaign recommendations. Senior Social Strategists are trusted advisors to clients and internal teams and play a significant role in influencing creative development and integrated planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop social strategies, POVs, and artifacts for assigned clients and initiatives

- Develop social-first, creator-led, and community-driven strategic recommendations

- Translate social intelligence into content, platform, and campaign approaches

- Build channel strategies, audience frameworks, and content ecosystems

- Provide social input into integrated planning processes

- Shape creative briefs and provide strategic direction throughout concept development

- Supports QA, scheduling and publishing of content as well as community management and RTMs

- Partner with other teams, departments to identify optimization opportunities and measure impact

- Present recommendations and strategic findings to clients and internal teams

- Mentor junior team members and elevate team capabilities

Qualifications

- 4-6 years of relevant social, communications, strategy, or agency experience

- Experience developing social strategies and content ecosystems for brands

- Strong understanding of creator marketing, audience behavior, and social intelligence

- Expertise across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest and emerging social/digital trends

- Strong storytelling, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills

- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and client decisions
