### About the Role

Join a Series B education technology company building consumer learning experiences for students. You will shape polished, AI-native product experiences and help establish a high bar for design craft across the product.

### What You'll Do

- Own product areas from early concepts and prototypes through research, collaboration with engineering, and launch.

- Improve the visual quality and usability of student-facing experiences, including thoughtful motion and interaction design.

- Build and evolve a design system that helps teams deliver consistent, high-quality interfaces.

- Develop AI-assisted design workflows and explore AI-native product experiences.

- Use rapid prototyping and experimentation to make progress in a fast-moving environment.

- Share feedback and help guide more junior designers as the team grows.

### What We're Looking For
