## Description

**Job Summary
**The Head of Security is responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe, secure, and compliant manner. This role oversees incident management, coordinates external security personnel, and maintains direct communication with senior management and external authorities when required.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- Ensure that all operational activities are carried out safely and in accordance with established procedures.

- Manage, resolve, and report any incidents to senior leadership and executive management.

- Maintain direct communication with law enforcement authorities when necessary.

- Handle and manage situations that may arise both inside and outside the facilities.

- Lead and coordinate contracted external security personnel.

- Maintain direct and ongoing communication with General Management.
