## Description

We are seeking a **Residential Installation Technician** in **Charlotte, NC** to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing our state-of-the-art home security solutions for residential customers. This is an excellent opportunity to earn performance-based income while providing a valuable service and offering additional products to our customers

**What You’ll Do:**

- Install security systems for residential clients according to job specifications and customer needs

- Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships and offering solutions to enhance their security experience

- Follow wiring diagrams, hook-up procedures, and safety standards to ensure quality installations

- Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on using the equipment

- Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support the training of new installation technicians

**What We’re Looking For:**
