Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
**$22–$24/hour | Flexible Schedule | Immediate Afternoon Hours Available**

ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate and motivated **RBT** to join our growing clinical team. If you enjoy helping children with autism and developmental disabilities and want to grow your career in ABA, we’d love to meet you!

### Responsibilities

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

- Implement individualized treatment plans.

- Collect session data and complete documentation.

- Communicate with families and the supervising BCBA.

- Provide services in home, school, and center-based settings.

### Qualifications

- Current **RBT certification**.

- 6+ months of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
