### **What you’re applying for**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Contractor with a passion for plants and strong technical abilities to support our grow facility through weekly plant inspections and documentation. This part-time role requires approximately 8 hours of work per week and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in plant nurseries and greenhouses.

### **In this role you'll be pivotal in shaping the future of home design**

Here's what you'll do:

- Document new batches of plants, including taking photos and maintaining detailed records.

- Conduct inspections of plant stock to identify signs of pests, diseases, or physical damage.

- Measure plants to ensure growth and size consistency according to company standards.

- Work closely with the QC Supervisor on additional quality control tasks as needed to maintain plant quality in line with company specifications.
