Last Energy is seeking a Project Development Manager to support the development of our fleet of PWR-20 Micro Modular Reactor (MMR) projects. This role owns project progress end-to-end across multiple markets simultaneously - from securing land and utility interconnection to engaging local stakeholders and regulators. ### Land Acquisition

- Prepares, negotiates, and closes land agreements, together with in-country teams

- Manages land diligence efforts, including environmental, planning, and geotechnical

### Grid Application

- Utilize transmission and distribution maps/data to identify opportunities for expedited grid connections

- Develop (with support from the engineering team), submit, and manage grid connection applications through the approvals process

### Stakeholder Engagement/Permitting

- Travel and present projects to municipalities and local stakeholder groups

- Research, draft, submit, and manage planning and non-nuclear permitting documentation to regulatory bodies
