## Requirements

- At least 3 years of production experience building full-stack web applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Proficiency with React and experience designing MongoDB schemas with attention to flexibility and query performance.

- A track record of owning technical projects end to end, shipping customer-facing products, and iterating based on user feedback.
- Experience building complex B2B systems and working in an early-stage or founding environment. Logistics, supply chain, or operations experience is a plus.

### About the Role

Join an early-stage AI company building tools for the global logistics industry. In this high-ownership product engineering role, you will work closely with the founding team and customers to shape the product and bring AI-powered workflows into production.

### What You'll Do

- Talk with customers and translate their needs into product direction and system architecture.

- Build full-stack features that combine user-friendly interfaces with LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and structured data pipelines.

- Improve the reliability, latency, and evaluation of AI features running in production.

- Turn early prototypes into robust systems, balancing delivery speed with maintainability and scale.

- Contribute to technical vision and product strategy, from architecture through delivery and iteration.

### What We're Looking For

- At least 3 years of production experience building full-stack web applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
