### **Paraprofessional (RBT) – Glastonbury, ConnecticutPay: $24.00-$28.00 Hourly | Part-Time | 10–20 Hours/Week | After-school hoursLocations:** Wilton, CT  (Morning shifts available as well as After-school shifts;  9:00-2:00 and 5:00-8:00)

**What You’ll Do:**

- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or center-based settings

- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision

- Accurately collect and record session data (Rethink)

- Maintain consistency with Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

- Communicate progress with your BCBA and team

- Participate in onboarding and ongoing support check-ins

**Requirements:**

- Active RBT certification preferred not required

- RBT Training and certification paid for by us!
