### **Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist – OrthopaedicsLocation:** Devon
**Contract:** Temporary/Locum 

Our client is seeking an experienced **Band 6 Specialist Occupational Therapist** to join their **MSK & OT Inpatients Department** at Northern Devon District Hospital. This role focuses on providing specialist occupational therapy interventions for patients within **orthopaedics**, supporting recovery and facilitating safe discharges.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.

- Complete functional assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans.

- Support discharge planning and liaise with the multidisciplinary team.

- Promote independence and optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
