## Description

**Occupational Therapist (Full-Time)Hours:** Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM
**Location:** In-Home Throughout Ventura, CA *with occasional on-site support to Santa Barbara, CA*
**Job Type: **Hourly, Non-Exempt
**Pay:** $60 per Hour & $20 per Hour for Admin/Training

**Job Duties:**
· Build trust and rapport with clients by providing consistent, quality service.
· Conduct assessments for clinical service, provide specialized services, and manage various client cases. Manage paraprofessionals providing clinical and administrative guidance.
· Carry out in-home sessions specifically tailored to the child’s treatment plan.
· Attend weekly staff meetings and trainings prepared to contribute to discussions on cases presented
· Follow administrative requests such as keeping current notes, progress reports, employee certifications, or any other required documentation/renewals necessary for continued employment

**Minimum Qualifications:**
· Active Occupational Therapy License in California is required
· Experience in Early Intervention is highly preferred
· Ability to travel in-home to provide services
