**Senior Occupational Therapist – Neurological Complex CareLocation:** Hertfordshire
**Contract:** Permanent
**Hours:** Full-Time

Our client is seeking an experienced **Senior Occupational Therapist** to join a multidisciplinary team providing care for individuals with neurological conditions. This role focuses on rehabilitation, condition management, and supporting patients to maximise independence and quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments and develop individualised intervention plans for patients with neurological conditions

- Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to set realistic goals and monitor progress

- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote functional recovery and independence

- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care reviews and service development
