### **Ultrasound Sonographer (MSK & Pain Management) – Weekend ContractLocation:** South West England
**Contract Type:** Weekend locum (ad-hoc weekends)
**Start:** Ongoing – weekends only

### **Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting an experienced **Ultrasound Sonographer** to support a **weekend-only service** across sites in the **South West**. The role is focused on **musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound and pain management**, supporting clinics with diagnostic imaging and interventional work.

This is a flexible contract — **not every weekend is required** — and availability will be coordinated as part of a rota.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- Performing **MSK ultrasound examinations**

- Supporting **pain management clinics**

- Experience with **ultrasound-guided injections or interventions** is highly desirable

- Ensuring high clinical standards and patient care

- Working collaboratively with clinicians and wider MDT

### **Requirements**

- HCPC-registered Sonographer (or equivalent)

- Strong experience in **MSK ultrasound**

- **Pain management / interventional ultrasound experience** preferred

- Ability to work independently in a clinic setting

- Weekend availability (ad-hoc / rota-based)

### **Rates & Payments**

- **Day rate:** £**800+ per day** (depending on experience)

- **Payment method:** Umbrella / PAYE

- Flexible commitment — no requirement to cover every weekend
