- Has exceptional taste in motion, composition, and visual storytelling.

- Can turn ideas, scripts, and concepts into polished, high-impact motion content.

- Takes ownership of projects end-to-end and constantly raises the creative bar.

- Understands pacing, transitions, rhythm, and attention-grabbing visuals for digital platforms.

### **What you will work on**

- Create motion graphics and visual assets for product marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.

- Design high-quality animations, transitions, and visual effects for short-form and long-form content.

- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, video editors, founders, and growth teams.

- Transform product features and concepts into visually engaging motion pieces.

- Experiment with GenAI workflows to create innovative visual content faster and at higher quality.

- Optimize creative assets for engagement across YouTube, Instagram, X and other social platforms.

### **Your must haves**
