It values a true appreciation of how toys are played with and a solid grasp of business aspects. The ideal candidate has directed creative campaigns for consumer, entertainment, or brand-based products. They shift easily from big-picture ideas to detailed actions, addressing retail needs, out of home, packaging placement, and global market variations. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing Creative to ensure our brands keep innovating while staying true to what makes them endure.
