**What We Offer Our Maintenance Technicians**

- **Pay:** $21/hour (and up, depending on experience)

- **On-call pay:**

- $150/week (calls or no calls)

- Additional $150 per holiday on-call

- **Quarterly bonus:** Up to $980 based on property and team performance

**Maintenance Technician - EPA Certified Schedule**

- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)

- Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team

**What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Technician**

- Complete work orders in occupied and vacant apartments

- Assist with apartment turns and make-readies

- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry items

- Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas

- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly

**What We’re Looking For In Our Maintenance Technicians**

- At least **5 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience**

- **EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)**

**Physical & Technical Requirements of a Maintenance Technician**

- Reliable transportation

- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)

- Ability to drive a golf cart

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round

- Ability to climb stairs and ladders

- Experience using hand and power tools

- Background check required
