### 🌟 What You'll Do

You'll provide **15–22 telehealth sessions per week**, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout **Michigan**.

Most clinicians see clients during weekday afternoons and evenings (**2:00–9:00 PM EST**), with weekend availability welcomed.

**You create your schedule—we provide the referrals, administrative support, billing, and credentialing.**

### Your day-to-day includes:

🩺 Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments

📝 Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans

💻 Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth

🤝 Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team, including therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and care coordinators

📋 Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)

👨‍👩‍👧 Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care

### 💰 Competitive Compensation + Monthly Bonus Potential

### What You'll Earn:

💲 **$60 per billable hour** for independently licensed clinicians

### ✅ What We're Looking For

We're seeking clinicians who have:

✔️ An active **Michigan independent license (LPC, LMSW, or LMFT)**

✔️ Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population

✔️ The ability to work independently in a virtual environment

✔️ Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

✔️ A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
