## Description

### About the Role

Lead product design for a growing AI communications software company serving businesses across Europe. This hands-on leadership role combines product design, brand ownership, and team direction, working closely with product and engineering to improve customer experiences across multiple product areas.

### What You'll Do

- Own design across product, brand, and the design team while remaining hands-on in day-to-day work.

- Design product experiences, run customer interviews, and develop the brand.

- Partner with product and engineering on three product areas, supporting quick decisions and frequent feedback.

- Lead designers working across the website, brand, and product.

- Build customer understanding through regular conversations with small-business users.

- Set and maintain design standards and scale design systems across product areas.

- Use customer insights and product analytics to evaluate design decisions and iterate.

### What We're Looking For

- At least five years of end-to-end product design experience, with ownership across multiple product areas.

### Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: €80,000 to €150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
