## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Lead Engineering Manager** to lead and scale our engineering teams within a specific area building a high-performance trading platform. You will be responsible for people leadership, delivery excellence, and technical direction across a hybrid infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, and business, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and scalability in a latency-sensitive environment.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead and manage multiple engineering teams (25+ engineers)

- Own delivery, quality, and technical outcomes across your engineering area

- Partner closely with Product, Trading, and Senior Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical execution

- Drive engineering strategy and cross-team alignment across the area

- Coordinate architectural decisions and their implementation across teams

- Ensure high availability, performance, and observability of production systems

- Own the area roadmap and resource allocation across teams

- Identify and address systemic technical and organizational risks and ensure the long-term scalability and health of the engineering area

- Hire, onboard, mentor, and grow Engineering Managers and support the development of engineering teams

- Foster a culture of ownership, customer first, and result-oriented

**Requirements**
