**💡 Role Description**
As one of our **first AI/ML hires,** you'll have the unique opportunity to:

- Move quickly from research to production

- Freedom to experiment with new approaches and stay current with the latest research.

- Raise the quality bar for AI systems used by the world’s leading PE/Consulting firms.

- Collaborate closely with our customers and shape the product direction

** Sample set of projects**

- State-of-the-art transcription using ensembles of frontier models.

- Voice agent for market research interviews that identifies gaps, knows where to probe, and develops new hypotheses.

- Self-improving AI systems where product usage feeds back into evaluations and optimization.

- Agentic entity-resolution system that combines in-app and web context to resolve mistranscribed company names and aliases
