## Description

**Clara is the leading platform in Latin America for companies to execute and manage every payment operation.** More than 50,000 leading and fast-growing businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the region’s fastest-growing company. We’re passionate about helping every company we work with become more effective—and, through that, raising the region’s competitiveness. We’re ~400 people, backed by Notable Capital, Coatue, Kaszek, monashees, DST Global, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others.

### What you'll do

We're looking for a **Key Account Manager** to strengthen our presence in Bogotá by owning the full customer lifecycle for strategic clients. You’ll represent Clara at the frontlines of client relationships—building trust with decision-makers, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. Your work will be central to positioning Clara as the #1 **spend management** solution for enterprise customers in Colombia.

In this role, you will:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted partner for financial decision-making.

- Lead onboarding for new clients and continuously engage existing ones to maximize retention and satisfaction.

- Manage a dynamic portfolio of accounts, conducting **sell-in, sell-out, and performance analyses** to uncover opportunities.

- Execute tailored **sales and marketing plans** with partners to grow usage and expand accounts.

- Forecast commercial performance and track key account health, always looking ahead to mitigate risks and seize new wins.

- Engage in strategic conversations with **CFOs** and finance teams by leveraging insights on budgeting, spend control, and **ERP system** integrations.

- Balance **FARMER and HUNTER** skills—ensuring long-term value for existing clients while prospecting and closing new opportunities in the region.

### Who you are

*We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.*

- Professional proficiency in **English** and full fluency in Spanish

- Structured thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and focuses on outcomes

- Based in **Bogota**, with knowledge of the local business landscape

This is a remote-first role: you'll work from home day to day. You'll ramp up in person with the team, and come together in person for team moments, events and customer visits through the year.

### Why Clara

- **A high talent-density team** driven to make an impact in Latin America — low ego, high ownership.

- Competitive salary and stock options (ESOP) from day one.
