**Responsabilidades:**

Experiência sólida em ambientes de suporte e operações (Site Reliability Engineering, managed services).
Domínio de inteligência artificial — LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG e GenAI.
Perfil comunicativo e confortável com client-facing: você gosta de estar na frente do cliente e sabe simplificar o que é complexo.
Inglês avançado — interações com clientes e parceiros globais.
Capacidade de atuar com autonomia e clareza em um ambiente em construção.

**Requisitos:**

Experiência sólida em ambientes de suporte e operações (Site Reliability Engineering, managed services).
Domínio de inteligência artificial — LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG e GenAI.
Perfil comunicativo e confortável com client-facing: você gosta de estar na frente do cliente e sabe simplificar o que é complexo.
Inglês avançado — interações com clientes e parceiros globais.
Capacidade de atuar com autonomia e clareza em um ambiente em construção.

**Diferenciais:**

Experiência com plataformas de observabilidade (Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana).
Conhecimento em cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP) e práticas de DevOps / DevSecOps.
Vivência com frameworks de ITSM (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
