## Description

We are seeking proactive and results-driven talents to support our global expansion by
acquiring and managing high-quality users.
 This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting individuals into verified,
active users in the project, while maintaining long-term engagement and performance.
 **Key Responsibilities:**

- Work with 500+ hot leads daily communicating in various channels (Facebook,

Instagram, Whatsapp, Telegram)

- Convert hot leads from marketing team into verified users, ensuring successful

onboarding and activation

- Build trust with potential users and guide them through the registration,

verification, and initial setup flows

- Clearly communicate project’s value, benefits, and expectations

- Optimize the onboarding journey by improving conversion rates and minimizing

drop-offs across the funnel

- Ensure users are consistently contactable and responsive, addressing any

blockers in a timely manner

- Work closely with internal teams to improve conversion efficiency and user

quality
