### **Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home CareLocation:** Westland, MI and surrounding area
**Setting:** In-home, one-on-one care

### **Job Summary**

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate **Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)** to provide **1:1 private duty nursing** in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

### **High-Acuity Pediatric Openings: West Detroit & Westland**

### **West Detroit: **Infant & Toddler Care

- **6-Month-Old Baby Boy:** A brave little guy with interstitial lung disease. Care includes Trach, Vent, and NG-tube. He has his own room in a very clean, professional home. Non-smokers preferred.

- **Shifts:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (All days available, Mon–Sun).

- **1-Year-Old Baby Boy:** A very happy, smiley baby who loves being read to! He is Trach, Vent, and G-tube dependent. Parents are very organized and helpful.

- **Shifts:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Saturdays).

- **2-Year-Old Girl:** Requires a skilled RN with pediatric trach/vent experience. Very helpful parents and a friendly cat (kept upstairs).

- **Shifts:** 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Mondays, E/O Saturday, & PRN).

- **4-Year-Old Boy:** An active child who loves being outside and having fun! Trach, Vent, and G-tube management. Home has two small hypoallergenic dogs.

- **Shifts:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fridays).

### **Westland: **Sweet Weekend Opportunity

- **1-Year-Old Girl:** A very sweet little girl with Trisomy 21. She is Trach and G-tube dependent and on a ventilator 24/7. She lives in a super cozy, clean home with very nice parents.

- **Shifts:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Every Other Saturday)

### **Responsibilities**

- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)

- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs

- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)

- Communicate with families and care teams

- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

### **Schedule & Pay**

- Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available

- Day, night, and weekend shifts

- Weekly pay + optional daily pay
