### **Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) – 1:1 Home Care**

### **Job Summary**

Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate **Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)** to provide **1:1 private duty nursing** in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.

 

### **Client Details**

Our client is a 25 year old male who is non-mobile, stays in a hospital bed in the living room, and requires ongoing trach, ventilator, and g-tube management. He was diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, a severe form of epilepsy characterized by multiple types of seizures that typically begin in early childhood. 

### **Key responsibilities include:**

- **Clinical Care:** Main responsibilities will include trach, ventilator, and g-tube management and he has a history of Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome.

### **The Home Environment**

- **Supportive Family:** The client’s wife is known for being exceptionally kind and easy to work with, fostering a respectful professional atmosphere.

- **Environment: **Very clean, pet free home

 

### **Schedule & Availability**

We are looking to fill the following **6:00 AM – 6:00 PM** and **6:00 PM – 6:00 AM **shifts:

- **Every day**

 

### **Responsibilities**

- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)

- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs

- Communicate with families and care teams

- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care

### **Schedule & Pay**

- Full-time and part-time shifts available

- Day, night, and weekend shifts

- Weekly pay + optional daily pay
