**Salary:** £50,000 – £55,000 (dependent on qualifications and experience)
**Client Group:** Looked After Children (LAC)

**Job Purpose**
Join a developing service focused on supporting young people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and Neglect, Abuse, and Trauma (NAT). This role aims to improve psychological well-being and facilitate reunification with family environments through structured, evidence-based interventions.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Deliver specialist psychological assessments and interventions for young people and families.

- Provide individual and group therapy sessions over 9–18 months using a range of psychological approaches.

- Develop treatment formulations based on thorough diagnostic assessments within a structured framework.

- Offer specialist consultation to staff, supporting therapeutic approaches and care planning.

- Act as keyworker, reviewing care plans and coordinating TAC meetings.

- Assess and monitor risk, implementing appropriate risk management plans.

- Work flexibly across community settings, residential homes, and virtual platforms as part of a hybrid model.
