**What You'll Do**

- Encourages residents’ independence and assists with self-care as needed

- Provides personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, mouth care, and nail care

- Assists with toileting, incontinence care, and changes linens as needed

- Helps transfer residents safely and obtains help for total lifts

- Assists with meals and ensures resident comfort at rest times

- Responds promptly to call lights and reports changes or injuries to supervisors

- Applies standard precautions and follows isolation procedures

- Supports restorative and rehabilitative care

- Performs unit cleaning duties and other tasks as required

**What We're Looking For**

- Current GNA certification in the state of Maryland
